What is a six-line bet in roulette?

A six-line bet, also known as a "line bet," is a type of inside bet in roulette that covers six numbers. These numbers are arranged in two adjacent horizontal rows, each containing three numbers. Unlike a street bet, which covers just three numbers, the six-line bet encomes two connected streets, which is why it's sometimes referred to as a double street. To place a six-line bet, players need to position their chip at the intersection where the two streets meet; for example, as shown in the image below:

However, keep in mind that a six-line bet is an inside wager, meaning it carries a higher risk compared to outside bets. In this case, the odds for a six-line bet are 16.2% in American roulette.
